Here's the Oregon field crew, plus Dan, the PhD student heading the project. Here, I am holding a few lucky mice that were spared from being fed to a very hungry spotted owl.
There might be mosquitoes, ticks, poison oak, and the temps might get down to the 30s...but who can complain about working surrounded by all this scenery???
